- All custom-developed code and deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment
- We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio
3. Payments and Fees

- Late payments may incur additional charges of 1.5% per month
- All prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated
- Custom development projects typically require a deposit before work begins
4. Project Timeline
- Project timelines will be established in project agreements
- Delays caused by client (e.g., late feedback, content delivery) may affect timeline
- We will communicate promptly about any anticipated delays on our part
5. Limitation of Liability
TagFinity shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Any damages resulting from third-party services or products
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice
- Termination may result in fees for work completed to date
- Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
